Location

Campingplatz Wees in Missunde, on the south shore of the Schlei near the Schleifähre Missunde ferry.

Season

Monitoring results are available from 2019 onwards. The 2025 bathing season shows sampling dates from 21 May through 28 August.

Water Quality

Water quality is monitored and classified according to EU bathing water standards. Short-term pollution events may occur, which are defined as microbiological contamination with a clearly identifiable cause and foreseeable nature, typically not affecting water quality for more than 72 hours. During short-term pollution events, swimming is prohibited due to increased infection risk.
