Šepurina plaža is a cultivated beach located in Rogoznica on the Croatian coast. The beach stretches 200 metres in length with a width of 10 metres and features a predominantly rocky shore with pebbles. It has a mild coastal slope both above and below water, creating a gently sloping beach environment. The beach experiences high bather density during the swimming season.

Adriatic Sea. Average sea temperature during the season: 23.4 °C. Salinity ranges from 33.1 to 39.5 during the season. Tide amplitude: 27.3 cm. Indented coastline with mild underwater slope (less than 15 degrees). Prevailing wind: North-West.

Rogoznica, Lozica. Access via asphalt road. No parking available.

Sea buoys, rescuer service, shower, playground, bench, trashcan. Floating safety lines installed at beach front.

Season

Monitoring conducted year-round with annual assessments from 2010 to 2025.

Water Quality

Water quality assessments conducted annually with 10 samples per year and 4-year rolling assessments with 40 samples per period, under both Croatian national regulation and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ. Quality classifications range from excellent to poor.
