Water quality classification is EXCELLENT. Monitoring conducted as of 12 January 2016. Pollution from the Brugiano Stream has been identified as an impact on bathing water.

Risks

Annual summer blooms of Ostreopsis ovata (July-August). Effects include damage to marine biocenosis and possible discomfort to swimmers.
