Słoneczna Plaża

Poland Lake 1 - Excellent

Słoneczna Plaża is a bathing beach located on the Pławniowice Reservoir in the hamlet of Niewiesze in the Gliwice district of Silesia. The beach area is marked with four information boards on land and buoys in the water. A shallow wading area for children is designated in the water zone.

Designated swimming zone, lifeguard, WOPR flag mast, toilets, showers, information boards, waste bins, grilling areas with water points, changing rooms, bicycle racks, beach volleyball court, water sports equipment rental, gastronomic point.

Season

14 June 2025 to 31 August 2025. Operating hours 10:00–18:00.

Water Quality

Water quality classified as excellent for 2021–2025. All monitoring results show water suitable for bathing. E. coli maximum permissible concentration: 1000 CFU(NPL)/100 ml. Enterococci maximum permissible concentration: 400 CFU(NPL)/100 ml. Monitoring conducted regularly throughout the bathing season with results consistently well below threshold limits.
