Smarholmen is a child-friendly bathing water featuring a sandy beach, rocks, and jetties. It is located in a sea bay on the west side of the Onsala Peninsula in Kungsbacka Municipality. The site includes a disabled-accessible bathing jetty and is registered as an EU bathing water under Directive 2006/7/EG.
