Snæbum Sø is a freshwater lake formed during the Ice Age. The lake measures approximately 500 metres long, 250 metres wide, and 20 metres deep. Water enters from surrounding areas and sources including Lillesø, with overflow toward the northeast into Simested å. The bathing area spans approximately 10 metres along the shore, which is overgrown with vegetation down to the water's edge.
