Södra Mosaren is a small lake located in the northeastern part of Karlstad municipality, embedded in pine forest surrounded by sandy areas. The bathing spot features a sandy beach measuring 35 metres wide and 50 metres long, along with a jetty. The water has been classified as excellent quality for the past four years according to EU bathing water directive 2006/77/EC.
