Spiaggia Brema is a bathing beach located in Sirmione on Lake Garda in the Lombardy region of Italy. The beach spans 21,500 square meters and is situated at an altitude of 63 meters above sea level. It attracts approximately 45,000 visitors annually, with daily attendance ranging from 300 to 400 swimmers.

Water quality classification is pending. Short-duration pollution events have been identified, characterized by sewage system malfunctions and stormwater overflow points.

Risks

Sewage system failures and stormwater overflow discharges into the lake. Pressures include emergency surface and subsurface discharges from the sewage collector, rainwater leaching, and meteorological changes. No cyanobacterial proliferation episodes or macroalgae episodes have been recorded in the past four years.
