Spiaggia delle Fumarole is a bathing beach located in Serrara Fontana, Naples Province, in the Campania region. The beach features both sandy and rocky areas within an urbanized coastal zone characterized by rocky shoreline. It has been classified as Excellent quality for the years 2020–2023.

Location

Serrara Fontana, Naples Province, Campania. The beach is situated along an urbanized coast with a port structure at Sant'Angelo nearby.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent (for years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023) according to Legislative Decree 116/2008. Wastewater from the area is conveyed to the Sant'Angelo treatment plant, which is partially functional and equipped with a submarine outfall.

Risks

Identified pollution sources include discharge from Hotel Casa Rosa, tourist accommodation discharge from Salvatore Fumarola, and discharge from Giardino Aphrodite–Apollon and Terme Linda.
