Sant'Agnello beach features sandy and rocky areas backed by vertical tufa cliffs that form terraces along the shoreline. Parallel rock breakwaters separate small sandy beaches. The surrounding area is sparsely urbanized with predominantly agricultural land use. An underground stream flows near the bathing point.
