Location

Located in the municipality of Trinita d'Agultu e Vignola in the Olbia-Tempio province of Sardegna. The bathing area is accessible only on foot or by water transport as there is no adequate road access to the site.

Facilities

No lifeguards. No toilets. No showers. No disabled access facilities. No food services. No sports facilities. Animals are not permitted.

Water Quality

Water quality classification is excellent. The area is subject to monitoring by the Agenzia regionale del distretto idrografico della Sardegna and the Agenzia regionale per la protezione dell'ambiente della Sardegna.

Risks

Ports, river mouths, and coastal morphological features and infrastructure are identified as minor pollution pressures. A modelling approach for short-duration pollution events is under study.
