Suorangela is a sandy bathing area located in Casamicciola Terme on the island of Ischia in the Naples province. The beach is characterized by sandy shoreline with intense urbanization along the coast. The bathing water has maintained an Excellent classification during the monitoring period 2020–2023.

Risks

A submarine discharge pipe is present in the municipal waters of Casamicciola Terme, located offshore of the bathing areas named Perrone and Punta della Scrofa. Potential pollution sources require further investigation.
