This beach is located at Belső-tó (Inner Lake) near Tihany, on the inner lake area of the Tihany peninsula. The site borders a nature reserve with grazing traditional cattle and a ground squirrel colony, and a hiking trail runs around the lake. Water levels have receded in recent years, with a documented reduction in surface area.
