Adriatic Sea. Average sea temperature during season: 24.11°C. Salinity ranges from 32.3 to 39.1 during the season. Tide amplitude: 49.6 cm. Underwater coastal slope is moderate (15–25 degrees). Prevailing wind direction is North-East.

Location

Located in Umag, in the Kanegra area. Free parking is available. Beach access is via pedestrian path.

Lifeguard service (rescuer service), sea buoys, sanitary facility, shower, changing room, and trash can.

Season

Annual monitoring conducted with 10 samples per year from 2009 to 2025.

Water Quality

Water quality has been assessed annually since 2009 with 10 samples per year under both Croatian national bathing water regulations and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ. Multi-year assessment periods from 2009–2012 through 2022–2025 each comprised 40 samples. Final assessment classifications include excellent, good, sufficient, and poor categories.
