Traeth y Mwnt is a small, sandy beach near Cardigan, bordered by high cliffs and a coastal hill known as the Mwnt. Access is via a flight of over 100 steps from the car park, which has a charge, and facilities include toilets and a café. The surrounding cliff paths are used for walking and wildlife viewing, including occasional dolphin and porpoise sightings.
