Trezbellec is a bathing beach located in Telgruc-sur-Mer on the southern coast of the Crozon Peninsula. According to directive 2006/7/CE criteria, the beach achieves excellent water quality. A bathing water profile was established to identify potential pollution sources and define management measures to ensure the water quality remains at least sufficient. The profile was developed based on data collection, field surveys conducted during the 2013 season, and water quality monitoring results obtained since 1994.

Location

Trezbellec beach is situated in Telgruc-sur-Mer, located on the southern littoral of the Crozon Peninsula in Brittany, France. It is one of two officially declared bathing beaches in the commune.

Season

Monitoring was conducted during the 2013 season with data collected since 1994. Summer precipitation statistics are documented.

Water Quality

According to directive 2006/7/CE criteria, the beach achieves excellent water quality. Water quality monitoring has been conducted since 1994. The profile is classified as type 1, indicating that contamination risk is not established. Monitoring includes E. coli and enterococci parameters with statistical analysis of results from 2000-2013.
