Valle Tindari sits along the Tyrrhenian coast near Mongiove Beach, at the base of the promontory beneath the Sanctuary of the Black Madonna of Tindari. Small coves and caves formed by cliffs are reached by walking or swimming from the main beach through clear water, with some sections requiring wading through deeper stretches. The site has no direct road access or facilities, and is not visible from Mongiove Beach itself.
