Vikens havsbad is located along the Öresund coast just north of Viken in Höganäs Municipality. The bathing area consists of a approximately 750-meter-long sandy beach with alternating sections of stone. The northern part is dominated by sand while the southern part has a greater proportion of stone. Above the beach is a belt of grass-covered beach heath. The water has a gentle bottom dominated by sand with small amounts of seaweed and stone. The bathing area has capacity for more than 200 swimmers per day.
