Lifeguard and first aid services, disabled access services, sanitary facilities, food and beverage outlets, sports facilities. Multiple beach establishments present, some with swimming pools. Free beach area available. Animals prohibited under regional ordinance.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: ECCELLENTE (Excellent). No treated wastewater discharges or storm water overflows present in the municipality's coastal area. Potential pollution sources include the Pescara River, Vallelunga Stream, and Pretaro Stream. No active specific monitoring measures in place. Marine waters in the Abruzzo region have shown no cyanobacterial blooms in the last 4 years. Rare phytoplankton blooms occur in summer months; dinoflagellate blooms with low or absent toxic species have been observed in past years.
