Zona ant. Rotonda viale riviera nord is a sandy bathing area located in Pescara, Abruzzo, in northeastern Italy along the Adriatic coast. The beach consists of fine sand with over 99% sand composition and medium grain size (D50 = 0.244 mm), with no dune formations. The beach width varies between 40 and 100 metres. The area is surrounded by urban settlements with various beach facilities, some equipped with pools, and two sections of free beach access.

Coastal water body (Acque Costiere - Pianura Litoranea). Part of the Tronto-Riccio water body (IT_12_TRONTO_RICCIO). The bathing area extends 1.31 km along the coast.

Facilities

Lifeguard and first aid services, facilities for disabled access, sanitary facilities, food and beverage outlets, beach clubs, some with pools, boat launching facilities. Animal access is prohibited by regional ordinance.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: ECCELLENTE (Excellent). No treated wastewater discharges or storm water overflows are present. Potential pollution sources include the Pescara River, Vallelunga Stream, and Pretaro Stream, which marks the southern boundary of the city. Currently, no specific monitoring measures are active.
