This bathing water area is located at 250 metres downstream from the Fosso dei Quadri stream mouth on Lake Bracciano. The beach has a sandy structure with equipped areas available. The site is situated in a territorial context characterized by the presence of nearby streams and ditches, but without significant urbanization or industrial development.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: elevated. Quality monitoring conducted according to applicable standards. No specific monitoring for pollutant concentration is currently active during the bathing season. Wastewater treatment: no urban treatment plants with capacity exceeding 2000 population equivalents are active in the reference municipality.

Risks

Shellfish aquaculture identified as a pollution source. Methodologically adequate modelling approaches for short-duration pollution events are still under study.
