The bathing water at Ovest S.N. L'Arena is a coastal area located between the San Nicola l'Arena marina and Cala Capo Grosso. The area is characterized by rocky terrain with sparse Mediterranean vegetation. To the west, a bathing prohibition zone extends for 600 meters to the marina itself.

Risks

Despite proximity to highly anthropized zones, no cyanobacterial proliferation events have been reported. No events of macroalgae, phytoplankton, or potentially toxic species proliferation have been reported.
