A beach with fine calcareous and siliceous gravel of calcareous origin, located in the Marches region near Civitanova Marche. The emerged beach has an average slope of 3%, while the submerged portion slopes at 8%. The distance between medium-low and high water levels is 4 metres, with astronomical tidal variations of 30–50 centimetres. The surrounding area includes a railway line and the SS16 state road.
