Water Quality

Water quality meets limit values consistently over recent years. Bacterial monitoring results from the 2025 bathing season show Enterococcus counts of <10 to 10 MPN/100ml and Escherichia coli counts of <10 to 158 MPN/100ml. All samples were bacteriologically acceptable. Short-term water quality impairments from extreme heavy rainfall events cannot be excluded.

Risks

Potential fecal contamination and pollution of large sunbathing areas from waterfowl feeding. Short-term impacts from extreme heavy rainfall events are possible.
