Badesee Steyregg is a four-hectare lake with a maximum depth of 8.5 metres, created through wet excavation in 2003 and 2004. The lake accommodates approximately 2000 visitors and features a children's playground with paddling pool and a volleyball court. Winter activities include curling on the ice with floodlighting. The lake was developed as part of a new sports and leisure centre that opened in June 2004.
