Weikerlsee is a groundwater lake in Linz that originated around 1940. The site includes both a small and large lake, though only the Kleine Weikerlsee (approximately 0.19 km²) is suitable for bathing and operated as a public naturist beach. In 2000, the lake was enlarged during construction works, nearly doubling its surface area to 5.95 hectares. The site accommodates both naturist and non-naturist bathing areas.
