Balata is a rocky bathing area located 1.3 km south of the Asinaro River in Noto, Sicily. The zone is predominantly rocky with rocky seabed and is easily accessible to the public. The area is characterized by rural residential settlements and is situated between the Tellaro and Asinaro rivers.
