Baraccon

Italy Lake 1 - Excellent

Baraccon is a bathing water located on Lake Garda in the municipality of Peschiera del Garda, Veneto region. The beach is oriented to the north and situated 500 metres from the SR11 road. The beach width ranges from 5 to 10 metres. The surrounding area is rich in camping facilities. Water quality has been classified as excellent for the period 2021–2024.

Water quality classification: Excellent (2021–2024). Enterococci at 95th percentile (EI95°): 1.654; at 90th percentile (EI90°): 1.504. E. coli at 95th percentile (EC95°): 4.213; at 90th percentile (EC90°): 3.289. Wastewater treatment: municipal combined sewerage system with emergency overflows and a consortial collector present. The Peschiera del Garda treatment plant discharges into the Mincio River (Lombardy region).
