Barnens badstrand is a small sandy beach approximately 200 metres long located in the central part of Varberg city, directly adjacent to Varberg Fortress and the harbour. The beach has excellent grass and sunbathing areas and is protected by a pier. It is particularly popular with families with children and accommodates over 200 bathers. The city's cold bath house is located at the same site.
