Fästningsbadet is a newly constructed pier bathing facility with a diving tower and sunbathing deck located immediately behind Varberg fortress in the central part of Varberg. The facility is classified as a European bathing water. During high season, lifeguards and sea rescue personnel are present daily from 10:00 to 18:00.
