Njivice plaža is a cultivated town beach located in Omišalj, Croatia, with a wavelike coastline stretching 550 metres. The beach surface is predominantly pebbled with some concrete structures. It experiences high bather density during the swimming season and holds Blue Flag status.

Adriatic Sea beach. Average water temperature during season is 23.78°C. Salinity ranges from 30.2 to 38.4 during the season. Tide amplitude is 37.8 cm. Prevailing wind is from the north.

Omišalj. Beach is accessible by asphalt road. Paid parking is available.

Season

Annual monitoring conducted from 2009 onwards with 10 samples per year. Four-year assessment periods established from 2009–2012 onwards.

Water Quality

Water quality has been monitored annually with 10 samples per year since 2009 under both Croatian national regulations and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ. Final assessments are conducted over four-year periods with 40 samples each. Quality classifications recorded include excellent, good, sufficient, and poor ratings.
