Bonaparte beach, also known as Anse Cochat, is a bathing area located in the commune of Plouha in France. The beach is situated in a temperate oceanic climate zone with significant tidal variations. Plouha commune, located in the coastal region. The beach is positioned near the town centre of Plouha.

Water Quality

Bacterial monitoring conducted from 2010 to 2013 tracked E. coli and faecal streptococci concentrations. Water quality assessment included evaluation of macro-algae proliferation potential and phytoplankton proliferation potential. Identified pollution sources include rainwater drainage, non-collective sanitation systems, agricultural activities, campings, and occasional accidental discharges.
