Bridvaišio ežeras is a bathing beach located in the Kelmės district of the Šiauliai region in Lithuania. The beach features a sandy shore with natural vegetation, measuring approximately 300 meters in length. The beach is equipped with functional zones including volleyball courts and a children's playground, and is adapted for disabled visitors with pathways, toilets, and a boat dock. An interactive information station with internet access is available on site.

Water

Lake Bridvaišis. Average water depth is 1.5 meters. Maximum water depth is 2.5–3 meters. The lake is part of the Dubysos river subbasin, with an average annual discharge of 8.35 cubic meters per second. Average annual precipitation in the basin is 707 millimeters, with the highest precipitation in August and lowest in May.

Location

Located in Lithuania in the Kelmės district, Šiauliai region, administered by Kelmės rajono savivaldybės Tytuvėnų seniūnija. The beach is part of the Dubysos river basin and is situated near the recreational facility 'Sedula' on the opposite shore of the lake.

Water Quality

Water quality from 2018–2024 met excellent quality requirements according to EU Directive 2006/7/EB standards. Monitoring is conducted by Higienos institutas (Hygiene Institute). Water quality classification symbols indicate excellent quality for all years from 2011 to 2024. Potential pollution sources include a surface runoff outlet, an intake from Varlinio lake, a drainage amelioration ditch, the 'Sedula' recreational facility, and activities of farmer J. Šivickas.

Temporary pollution possible during heavy rainfall; pollution typically disappears within 1–2 days after rain ends. Potential pollution from equipment failure at the 'Sedula' recreational facility's treatment systems. Surface rainwater runoff possible during adverse weather conditions.
