Cala d'Arconte is a pebble beach in the Cilento region, located in a coastal area characterized by rocky headlands intersected by ravines. The beach features rocky inlets and is situated in a zone of limited urban development with agricultural areas and tourist structures nearby.

Location

Municipality of Camerota, Province of Salerno, Campania region. The municipality is located at Via Roma, 1, CAP 84040 Camerota (Sa).

Water Quality

Water quality classified as Excellent according to Legislative Decree 116/2008 for the period 2020–2023. Wastewater from the Capoluogo fraction flows directly into Vallone Delle Fornaci; wastewater from Lentiscosa flows into Valloni Cerasia and Palazzi. Additional wastewater from Camerota flows into settling tanks at Calanca locality in Marina di Camerota (Lat. 39.99890° Long. 15.36910°) with discharge via submarine pipeline, and further wastewater is conveyed directly to a submarine pipeline on the western side at the root of the overflow pier at Marina di Camerota port. No probable pollution sources are currently known.
