Baltic Sea. Coastal water area in the Bornholm Basin. Average depth in Polish territorial waters does not exceed 20 metres. Water transparency ranges from 8 to 16 metres seasonally. Water salinity averages 5.0 to 8.1 parts per thousand. Surface water temperature ranges from 2°C in winter to approximately 22°C in summer. Shoreline length: 100 metres.

Facilities

Designated swimming zone, lifeguard, WOPR flag mast, toilet, waste bins, information board, bathing regulations on display. Pets prohibited.

Season

1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025. Operating hours: 10:00–18:00.

Water Quality

Water quality classified as satisfactory in 2025 and good in 2023. All monitoring tests from 2022–2025 show water suitable for bathing. E. coli levels remain well below the maximum permissible concentration of 1000 CFU/100 ml. Enterococcus levels remain well below the maximum permissible concentration of 400 CFU/100 ml.

Coastline classified as strongly wind-exposed and subject to large wave activity.
