Faaker See, located southeast of Villach at the foot of Mittagskogel, is a glacially formed lake in Carinthia, Austria. The lake is divided into two basins by a subsurface ridge that forms an island. It covers 220 hectares and is the fifth-largest lake in Carinthia.
