Water Quality

Water quality classification based on 2020 assessment under Decreto-Lei 135/09. Sampled biweekly. No significant microbiological pollution sources identified in the vicinity. No history of short-term pollution events. Zero days of bathing prohibition or advice against bathing due to short-term pollution in 2020.

Risks

Cyanobacteria, macroalgae, and phytoplankton proliferation all considered unlikely.
