Grottone del Pescatore lies near Mattinata on the Gargano coast, formed by a cave leading to a small bay with clear water and white limestone rocks. The bay includes three sections: a north beach reached via a steep ravine, a south beach accessed by a hotel staircase with a municipal permit, and a third beach reachable only by sea. Parking is available along the provincial road, roughly a 10-minute walk from the shore.
