Haverdal is a fine sand beach approximately 1700 metres long, extending from Själarevet in the north to Lynga nature beach in the south. The northern part is the most visited and is classified as an EU bathing water, while the southern section forms part of Halmstad's nature beaches. The beach features high sand dunes and is part of a three-kilometre coastal sand beach along Halmstad's coastline. A nature reserve above the dunes contains pleasant walking trails.
