Havslätt is a sea bathing area located in a bay with a sand beach. The seabed consists of sand. The facility features a longer pier with a 3-metre diving platform. A sand beach approximately 170 metres long is available for swimmers. An accessibility-adapted bathing pier was completed for the 2024 bathing season.

Sea bathing area in a bay with sandy seabed. Beach length approximately 170 metres.

Location

Located in the northern part of Oskarshamn town. Visitor parking is available at Saltviksvägen, approximately 200 metres from the bathing area. A small boat harbour is situated to the south of the bathing area.

Facilities

Accessible ramp for disabled access, benches along the promenade to the north, longer pier with 3-metre diving platform, children's playground with slide and swings, restaurant, mini-golf, grilling area.

Season

21 June 2026 to 15 August 2026.

Water Quality

Classified as an EU bathing water. Water quality classifications: 2025 Excellent, 2024 Excellent, 2023 Excellent, 2022 Excellent. Monitored under Bathing Water Directive 2006/7/EC.

Risks

Cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) warning in place.
