Hotel Parentium is a cultivated beach located in Poreč, Istria, Croatia, within the Zelena laguna area. The beach features a predominantly concrete structure surface with rocky sections and mixed low and high vegetation. It spans 450 metres in length with an average width of 30 metres and has a mild coastal slope suitable for swimming.

Adriatic Sea coast with mild coastal slope (less than 15 degrees) and moderate underwater slope (15 to 25 degrees). Average sea temperature during the season is 24.39°C. Salinity ranges from 34.4 to 39.2 during the season. Tide amplitude is 49.2 cm. Prevailing wind direction is east. Beach shape is convex coast.

Location

Poreč, Zelena laguna, Istria, Croatia. Accessible via asphalt road. Free parking is available. The beach is operated by Plava laguna d.d Poreč.

Facilities

Restaurant, sanitary facility, shower, changing room, bench, trashcan. Floating safety lines provide beach front protection.

Season

Annual monitoring conducted with 10 samples per year from 2009 onwards.

Water Quality

Water quality has been monitored annually since 2009 with 10 samples per year under both Croatian regulation and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ. Final assessments cover four-year periods with 40 samples each. The beach holds Blue Flag designation.
