Ihreviken is a bathing beach located approximately 35 km north of Visby on Gotland's northwest coast. The beach features a sandy strand approximately 1 km long with a sand bottom, while the western section has a stone beach and stone bottom. The water becomes deep quickly, and the sand dunes are bordered by pine forest, heather, and some vegetation. The beach adjoins the Hall-Hangvar nature reserve, which covers approximately 30 square kilometres. The Ireå river, one of Gotland's most important watercourses for sea trout and river lamprey, flows into the middle of the beach.
