Istruga is located in a small bay near Brna and Smokvica, accessible by car, foot, or boat. The beach has a muddy shoreline with shallow water, a nearby sea cave reachable by swimming, and facilities including a beach volleyball net, tennis courts, and space for barbecuing. A small restaurant with a terrace sits adjacent to the beach, though it is not always in operation.
