Bathing beach number 1 on Lake Trzesiecko in Szczecinek, located along Mickiewicza Street and known as the municipal beach. The lake has high calcium content, significant watershed influence, and sandy bottom. The bathing area consists of a shallow pool for non-swimmers and a deeper pool for swimmers.

Location

Szczecinek, Mickiewicza Street, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Szczecinecki County. The beach is fenced with designated bathing zone and recreational sports area.

Fenced area, designated water zone, recreational sports zone on beach, pier/jetty, water equipment mooring, waste bins, toilets, showers, changing rooms, lifeguard on duty, children's bathing area, prohibition on domestic animals, information board, beach regulations available.

Season

01 July 2025 to 31 August 2025. Operating hours: 10:00 to 20:00.

Water Quality

Water quality classification for 2025: excellent. Water quality for 2021-2024: excellent. Monitoring data shows consistent results with E. coli and enterococci levels well below permissible thresholds (E. coli limit: 1000 CFU/100 ml; Enterococci limit: 400 CFU/100 ml). Cyanobacterial blooms were identified as a pollution source in 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, and 2016, leading to temporary water unsuitable for bathing declarations. Ecological potential is weak (class IV) based on 2022 assessment from 2018 monitoring data. Overall water body status is poor.
