Chodzież, Kochanowskiego street, Greater Poland Voivodeship, Chodzież district. The facility is managed by the Municipal Centre for Sport and Recreation in Chodzież, located at ul. Staszica 12, 64-800 Chodzież.

Water quality classified as excellent for 2025, 2024, 2023, and 2022. Water classified as good in 2021. Maximum permissible concentrations: Escherichia coli 1000 CFU/100 ml, enterococci 400 CFU/100 ml. All recent monitoring results (2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021) show water suitable for bathing with E. coli and enterococcus levels consistently below thresholds.
