Pradeau is a sandy beach located in Hyères, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of southern France. The beach is 90 metres long and 10 metres wide, with a south-facing orientation and semi-enclosed configuration. It is managed as a beach concession by the Métropole, with the municipality exercising police powers up to 300 metres offshore. The beach experiences low visitor numbers and is used primarily for bathing.

Microbiological classification (2022): Excellent. Monitoring conducted by ARS (regional health authority) and TPM (Métropole service provider) self-surveillance. No microbiological pollution recorded in 2019, 2021, or 2022. No chemical pollution recorded in 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022. No biological pollution recorded in 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022. Preventive closures occurred on 04/06/2020 and 28/06/2022 due to adverse weather conditions; 14/09/2022 crisis management closure with no contamination detected.

Potential pollution sources identified: non-collective sanitation (ANC) with septic tanks and grease traps at camping and restaurant; sewage pumping station at camping; stormwater drainage paths along camping; stormwater outlet beneath house; mooring zone.
