Madonna di Mare is a coastal bathing water area located in Cirò Marina, Calabria. The beach features a sand and pebble composition with a geomorphological descriptor of narrow coastal strait. The seabed slopes at an average gradient of 1.4% from the shoreline to the 5-meter isobath. Sediment grain size ranges from 0.13 to 2 millimeters. The bathing area extends across 2.032 hectares and is situated west of the Montedison facility in Cirò Marina.

Cyanobacterial proliferation and macroalgal or phytoplankton blooms have not been verified in the past four years.
