Germany Lake 1 - Excellent

The gravel pit lake with a maximum depth of 17 metres is located in the recreation area on the eastern outskirts of the city between the districts of Vogelstang and Wallstadt. Swimming is tolerated.

Public Transport: Tram lines 5a, 7, 15 – stops at Vogelstang-West (line 7) and Wallstadt-West (lines 5a, 15). By Car: From the south, east, or north via A6/A67 exit Viernheimer Kreuz – B38 exit Vogelstang West – Wallstadt. From the city centre via B 38; from southern districts via B38a, K9753, or L538.
