Mielno 220 is a bathing area located on the coastal waters of the Baltic Sea in the Bornholm Basin. The beach has a designated swimming zone and is managed by the Mieleński Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji. Water quality was rated as suitable for bathing after the 2023 summer season.

29 June 2024 to 30 August 2024. Operating hours 9:30 to 17:30.

Water Quality

Water quality classification for 2024 is sufficient. Maximum permitted concentrations: Escherichia coli 1000 CFU/100 ml, Enterococci 400 CFU/100 ml. Testing on 20 August 2024 showed E. coli at 15 CFU/100 ml and Enterococci at 15 CFU/100 ml, rated as suitable for bathing. A temporary bathing ban was imposed in early July 2024 due to insufficient classification from the previous bathing season, despite bacterial results meeting standards.

Risks

Temporary bathing ban was in effect from 25 June to 8 July 2024 following the previous season's insufficient water quality classification.
