Natalin is a bathing beach located on a small retention reservoir in the village of Natalin, Kamień municipality, Chełm county. The water body covers 9.20 hectares with a total capacity of 139,100 cubic metres and an average depth of 1.51 metres. The reservoir is situated in the valley of the Udal River on its left bank.

Location

Natalin, Natalin, Lublin Voivodeship, Chełm County. The reservoir is located in the village of Natalin, Kamień municipality, in the valley of the Udal River.

Enclosed area, designated swimming zone, beach recreation and sports area, dock, lifeguard station, lifeguard on duty, white flag, WOPR flag mast, toilets, changing rooms, waste bins, designated grilling and fire areas, information board, bathing regulations available.

Water Quality

Water quality classified as good in 2025, 2024, 2023, and 2021. Excellent quality in 2022. Unclassified in 2020. New bathing site in 2018 and 2019. Maximum permitted concentrations: Escherichia coli 1000 CFU/100 ml, Enterococci 400 CFU/100 ml. Occasional exceedances of enterococci levels were recorded in July 2024 and July 2023, resulting in unsuitable water classifications on those dates.
